Our friendship spans two decades. Over the course of that friendship, we developed a professional relationship that was based on our common interest of supporting others.
It was this drive that led us to establish Still Waters Therapy. We believe in meeting people exactly where they are in life in order to assist them in creating new pathways and establishing emotional success. Our experience, knowledge, humor and empathy will help foster the skills you need to enact changes to allow yourself to embrace and enjoy the journey of life.

I believe that one of the most important aspects of psychotherapy is establishing a trusting rapport with your therapist so you can freely discuss the challenges you are facing with support and without judgment.
Over the last ten years I have developed a passion for helping women navigate the many challenges and life changes that occur over our lifetime. I have worked specifically with women struggling with fertility, parenting, marital issues, perimenopause and menopause. My approach is client focused, always meeting a client where they are at, with a vantage point that we are not alone in this journey.
Blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and supportive counseling I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each client. We will work on fostering resilience, addressing feelings of grief, anxiety and depression, and providing tools to manage the stress associated with fertility treatments, losses and life transitions.
