About Us

Our friendship spans two decades. Over the course of that friendship, we developed a professional relationship that was based on our common interest of supporting others.

It was this drive that led us to establish Still Waters Therapy. We believe in meeting people exactly where they are in life in order to assist them in creating new pathways and establishing emotional success. Our experience, knowledge, humor and empathy will help foster the skills you need to enact changes to allow yourself to embrace and enjoy the journey of life.

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, growth and healing are not only possible—they can also be empowering and even enjoyable. As a therapist, I create a safe, compassionate space where we can tackle life’s difficulties while also finding moments of lightness and connection.

While I work with individuals from all walks of life, I have a particular passion for supporting women’s health and wellness. Whether you’re navigating fertility, hormonal changes, parenting, or balancing personal and professional roles, I bring both expertise and empathy to guide you through these experiences.

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, I work collaboratively with you to address challenges such as anxiety, grief, stress, or major life transitions. I also believe therapy should be more than just serious work—it’s a space where we can celebrate your progress, discover your strengths, and find moments of joy along the way.

You deserve to feel supported, understood, and uplifted. Let’s work together to create a balanced, fulfilling, and thriving life.
